Edith Laurencin, Ph.D.

Edith Laurencin is passionate about cultural education and its importance in teaching awareness, understanding and acceptance of diverse identities and experiences. 

  

She currently works in non-profit as a Director of Finance and Administration. Prior to joining the non-profit organization, she spent over 20 years working in finance and human resources in university settings. She also served as an adjunct instructor teaching courses in anthropology, sociology and criminal justice over 15 years. 

  

Edith holds a Ph.D. in Cultural Anthropology from Rutgers University, an M.A. from Syracuse University and a B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University.
