Yolonda Udvardy, Ed.D.

Yolonda Udvardy, Ed.D., serves as Interim Vice President of Enrollment Management at Bucks County Community College, where she provides leadership for enrollment strategy, student access initiatives, and institutional partnerships that support student success and workforce development. In this role, she oversees key enrollment functions and collaborates across divisions to strengthen recruitment, retention, student services, and educational pathways for diverse learner populations.

Prior to her current role, Yolonda served as Director of High School Initiatives at Bucks County Community College, where she led the expansion of dual enrollment partnerships, career readiness initiatives, and grant-funded programming designed to increase college access for high school students throughout the region. She also previously served as Director of Continuing and Professional Studies at Delaware Valley University for more than a decade, overseeing credit and noncredit programming and advancing lifelong learning initiatives within the community.

Yolonda is passionate about creating accessible educational opportunities that prepare students for success in an increasingly interconnected and evolving workforce. She is an active advocate for collaboration between education, industry, and community partners to strengthen workforce pipelines and expand equitable access to higher education.

Outside of her professional role, Yolonda enjoys traveling, reading, outdoor adventures, and spending time with her family. A passionate football and baseball fan, she values experiences that foster connection, curiosity, and lifelong learning.

Yolonda holds a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Delaware Valley University, an M.S. in Education: Science of Instruction, and a B.S. in Biological Science and Technology, both from Drexel University in Pennsylvania.
